Founded in 2006

Today, our close-knit community of language experts boasts hundreds of language trainers, content creators, translators, editors, interpreters, each specialised in a specific field. These talented people, along with our focus on bringing traditional language services into the 21st century through technology and digital solutions, are the X-factor that enables us to offer the best to our clients.

Our team is led by Tuuli, our founder, CEO and trainer; Hanna, our Development Manager; and Kristel, the Project Manager renowned among our clients for never missing a deadline or forgetting a single detail.

A founder of Keelestuudio, Tuuli has 20+ years of experience in the business world and as a language coach. More than 500 executives and specialists have benefited from her tutoring. Thanks to her extensive experience as a tutor, pronunciation coach and translator, she can quickly identify the strengths and needs of each student. In her spare time, Tuuli finds balance by spending time with family, traveling, diving and skiing.

Tuuli Mihkelson

CEO and English Language Coach
Kristel is Keelestuudio’s project manager, ensuring fast and friendly customer communication and the high quality of work. Having worked for years as a translator and editor, she possesses an in-depth knowledge of the sector and a keen eye on detail. Kristel has a master's degree in translation studies from the University of Tartu; in her spare time, she enjoys art, history and travel.

Kristel Käär

Project Manager
Monika has been teaching English to adult learners for over ten years. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations (San Francisco State University, USA) and a master's degree in translation studies (Tallinn University). Monika designs her language lessons based on the learners’ goals and preferences, and monitors their progress closely. In her free time, Monika enjoys painting, fashion design and gardening.

Monika Tartu

English Language Coach
Hele has found her calling in teaching business English. She strives to pass her knowledge to students in a simple and comprehensive manner, encouraging active thinking and participation. She herself is continuously improving her skills, taking specialised courses in the United Kingdom. Hele enjoys fast-paced environments and contemporary Italian films. Her fascination with the 'jolly old England' has not faded either.

Hele Nõlvak

English Language Coach
Hanna-Leana has extensive experience in leadership development, coaching and training. She also teaches French. She is fascinated by the inner world of people and their growth, and is also active as a singer and yoga teacher. Hanna-Leana finds inspiration in music, art, yoga, Paris, Japan, people around her and untouched nature.

Viktoria has a master's degree in Russian language from Tallinn University. As a native speaker of Russian herself, she is teaching both specialised and communicative courses. Viktoria sees stress-free, safe and friendly learning environment as a key for efficient language learning. She is inspired by the achievements of her students and considers it to be her ultimate reward.

Viktoria Miroshnichenko

Russian Language Coach
Ülle has extensive experience in teaching Estonian to both Russian and English speakers. In addition to her degree in Estonian language, Ülle has completed supplementary training at Tallinn University for teaching Estonian to Russian-speaking adults. Students praise Ülle as an extremely knowledgeable language instructor who motivates them to quickly acquire Estonian language skills and practice them in real life.

Ülle Koppel

Estonian Language Coach
Karola is our Finnish language coach whose positive outlook and open-mindedness has made her one of our favourite instructors. Karola graduated from Tallinn University with a degree in Finnish language and has been teaching Finnish ever since. Her lessons are varied and creative, sprinkled with a dash of humour. In 2016, the Estonian Association of Teachers of Finnish chose Karola the Finnish Language Teacher of the Year.

Karola Velberg

Finnish Language Coach
Tatyana has been teaching English as a foreign language for 15 years. She also teaches English Language and Literature to high school students. Tatyana encourages her students to contribute to the course with their own ideas and materials. She is open-minded, cooperative, motivated to learn and share her knowledge with others.

Tatyana Kasima

English Language Coach
Kaia has a master's degree in German as a foreign language. She also has an extensive experience as a teacher of Estonian as a second language, as a professional guide and translator. Having lived for years in Austria and Germany, she has an in-depth knowledge of the local business culture. At Keelestuudio, Kaia has taught both executives and private students at virtually all levels – from beginners to advanced.

Kaia Tomson

German Language Coach
Nadezhda is a great lover of languages and a naturally curious person. Her passion to share her knowledge and to infect others with the mysterious “language bug” has led to a fruitful teaching career. Nadezhda holds a bachelor's degree from Tallinn University (Romance Languages and Cultures) and a master's degree in teaching Russian as a foreign language. In her spare time, she likes reading and spending time in nature.

Anne holds a master's degree in Swedish language and literature from the University of Tartu. With 10+ years of experience as a Swedish language coach for both individual learners and groups, Anne's lessons are versatile and challenging. The emphasis is on supporting and encouraging students in their learning process. It is certainly easier in a friendly and motivating atmosphere provided by Anne!

Swedish Language Coach
Kristi obtained her degree as a teacher of English from Tallinn University. She has also participated in further training programmes on teaching business English and communication to adult learners. With over 10 years of experience, Kristi is a cheerful and creative language coach who believes in the power of positive thinking and motivation: nothing is insurmountable and language learning can be fun!
